 Gordie Zimmermann is a state-certified building contractor and accomplished commercial real estate developer with more than 30 years of experience designing, building, and operating major sports, entertainment, and mixed-use facilities across the Tampa Bay region. He is widely known for developing AdventHealth Center Ice, the 150,000-square-foot multi-rink complex recognized as the largest ice facility in the southeastern United States and ranked the #1 indoor ice rink in the nation by USA Today and Yelp.

Gordie’s Florida career began in 1994 after relocating from Toronto, where he played a central role in the development, design, and long-term management of the Ice Sports Forum—now the TGH Iceplex—built as the official practice facility of the Tampa Bay Lightning. His three-decade relationship with the Lightning has significantly advanced the growth of hockey in the South, strengthening youth development programs and increasing regional participation.

In 2022, Gordie founded IceMann Development, LLC, a firm dedicated to sports-anchored destinations, entertainment-driven real estate, and mixed-use hospitality projects. His contributions have earned multiple regional honors, including the Pasco Economic Development Business of the Year, the Pasco County Resolution Award for Economic Impact, the Tourism Impact Award, and the North Tampa Bay Chamber Chairman’s Award.

A Level 4 USA Hockey–certified coach, Gordie brings both technical expertise and operational depth to every project. His current portfolio includes several new sports-destination and hospitality developments across Florida, supporting the continued expansion of the state’s sports tourism economy and the evolution of the Florida Sports Coast brand.

 Clark Squires is a senior business development executive with more than three decades of experience spanning hospitality, technology integration, and commercial real estate across North America, Europe, and Asia. His career includes leadership roles supporting hotel operations, digital infrastructure, and strategic partnerships for major brands in the U.S. and Canada, as well as international groups in Hong Kong, mainland China, and France.

Throughout his career, Clark has contributed to hospitality and technology initiatives for hotels, resorts, and casino properties, helping integrate guest-facing technologies, reservation systems, and digital media platforms. His work has supported projects involving ownership groups, management companies, and technology providers, with a focus on aligning operations, development strategies, and revenue systems across diverse markets.

In addition to his industry roles, Clark has served on boards and advisory groups related to business development, media, and workforce advancement. He previously held leadership positions within Atlantic Canadian chambers of commerce and has provided strategic guidance to organizations engaged in digital media and economic development programs both domestically and abroad.

Clark studied Regional and Urban Development at Saint Mary’s University and completed professional certifications including the Cornell University Hotel Real Estate Program, strategic innovation coursework, and multiple hospitality management credentials. His work centers on connecting investors, operators, and technology partners to support complex development initiatives and hospitality-driven projects in emerging and established markets.

As a former Senior Vice President in the Private Wealth Management $10B portfolio for JPMorgan Chase, and as a licensed attorney and securities advisor [Series 7, 63, 66], 

Mark has over 30 years of experience working with high net worth families, Fortune 5000 corporation executives, highly skilled professionals, and family business owners. His work for these clients include business formation, wealth creation and preservation strategies, purchase and sales of businesses, liquidity events, and intergenerational wealth transfers. As Managing Member of Assurance Capital Partners, LLC, Mark designed a proprietary business model for the development and management of rental real estate cash flow assets consisting of: Multifamily, Senior Independent Living, Workforce Housing apartment communities, Storage, Warehouse & Logistics, Data Centers, AI, and "energy" facilities.

Mark has expertise in capital formation structures involving Private Placement Offerings [PPOs and Reg D], Delaware Statutory Trusts [DSTs], 1031 Exchange, "P-3" Public Private Partnerships, Nonprofit Organizations, and joint ventures. Capital formation resources include Family Offices, Accredited Investors, "Impact" Investment, bond underwriting, institutional investment firms, and foreign investment [Sovereign Wealth Funds].
